Reasons for NO RETURNS/REFUNDS: All items ordered from Klimp's Customs are 100% deisgned by you. We will run a sample item for your approval prior to production. We will not begin production without approval of the sample first. Once the sample is approved via email or text message we assume the item is up to your standards. Therefore, we are not responsible for any discrepancies thereafter. We cannot be held responsible for a poor quality image/logo you uploaded when deisgning online. The system will prompt you if your image/logo needs to be revised. The apparel industry standard is to allow room for 3-5% of your total order to have defects, you accept these standards by placing your order online.
